タイがＰＣＴに加盟します
タイが特許協力条約(PCT)の加入書を世界知的所有権機関(WIPO)へ2009年9月24日に寄託し、同条約が2009年12月24日に発効することになります。
したがって、2009年12月24日以降に出願される国際出願（PCT出願）においては、指定国にタイを含めることが可能になります。

Thailand (TH) became the 142nd PCT Contracting State on 24 September 2009. The PCT will enter into force for that State on 24 December 2009. Further information will be published in the October issue of the PCT Newsletter and in a WIPO Update.
